Who we are

This notice describes the ORENCORE website, a DBA of Orenidus, LLC, 7840 Firestone Blvd., Ste. #206, Downey, CA 90241.

Information we collect

If you use the contact form or the estimator, we receive the fields you submit: name, company, email, optional phone, service, budget range, timeline, how you heard about us, your message, and your consent. The estimator may also attach the options you selected.

Hidden fields may include the page you landed on, the referring page, and campaign parameters present in the address.

The host may keep technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, for security and operation.

A preference in local storage remembers your cookie choice. This site does not ask you to create an account.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to reply to you and to prepare a conversation or a written proposal. We use technical logs to keep the site available and to limit abuse.

Optional analytics stay off until you accept. No measurement vendor is connected.

Processors

Cloudflare, including Turnstile, covers hosting security and bot checks. Inquiries are delivered to corp@orencore.com.

Categories we receive from you: identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (service, budget, timeline, message), and internet activity (page, referrer, campaign parameters).

Sources: you, and your browser. To verify a request we reply to the email or phone you gave us and ask you to confirm it is yours.

Inquiry records are kept 24 months.

Sale, sharing, and Global Privacy Control

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If a browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to reject analytics and advertising tags.

If an advertising pixel is later added, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link will sit with the cookie controls. None is in use on this site today.

California privacy rights

If the CCPA/CPRA applies, a California resident may ask to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing.

We will not discriminate for a privacy request. Email corp@orencore.com or call (562) 444-1799 and write “privacy request”.

Retention and children

Inquiry records are kept for 24 months, unless a written agreement or the law requires a different period.

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
